About Me: Recently I've been getting back to my roots and rediscovering my interest in the Tattoo biz. I started out doing tattoos in art school at around age 18 (1990-91) dropped out and apprenticed for about 2-3 years, then worked full time in various biker shops around Waco and Austin for 3-5 more years till I started getting sick of the whole scene (and doing stupid little flash designs all the time.) Went back to art school for awhile, completed my degree then got involved in the video game/computer art biz for several more years. Eventually I got sick of that too, and started doing freelance illustration, sculpting, and making costumes (around 2000-01) Since leaving my last "real" tattoo job I've continued doing them part-time for friends (and on myself), but haven't had much interest in going back to doing it as a job till just recently. In the last few months I've starting doing more freelance tattoo work, found a promising new apprentice ("Vader"), and we are working on plans to open our own shop here in Austin this summer.

Tattoos: Left forearm sleeve : red dragon, eyes, outer space & swiss cheese fill Left upper arm sleeve: Black hole/planets/outer space (in progress) Left chest: Wizard (will tie in to left sleeve) Right shoulder wizard/outer space Left calf: fairy/demon/goddess with outer space background Left knee: red & blue yin/yang with flaming ring of skulls Right ankle: Scorpion
